Breathe deeply, release any tension & quiet your mind - in the calming atmosphere of candle light. In this yoga class we start with gentle breathwork, followed by Yin Yoga & close with gentle sounds. 

The Yoga Club’s mission is to share the love of yoga and make it truly accessible. Come as you are, all levels welcome.
