Sapphos Oden and more: Die Lyriker*innen Rudi Burkhardt und Simone Lappert, die Künstlerin Lika Nüssli und das Ensemble Melpomen (mit Arianna Savall und Conrad Steinmann) läuten im Literaturhaus St. Gallen das Jubiläum "40 Jahre Verein Wyborada" ein. In Zeiten politischer Polarisierung und des salonfähigen Populismus braucht es die Lyrik als intimen und offenen Gesprächsraum dringender denn je. Unter dem Titel «Patriarchal Poetry» (nach Gertrude Stein) geht es daher an diesem Abend um Bestimmungen queerfeministischer Lyrik von der Antike bis heute.

Mit Apéro im Anschluss.
