Many parents would love to craft with their toddlers, but… life is full enough already.
Between busy hands, limited supplies, and the mess that follows, creating age-appropriate, engaging art experiences at home can feel overwhelming.
That’s where Crafty Crew comes in.
This 5-week art workshop session invites toddlers and their grown-ups into a calm, playful space where creativity can unfold naturally, without pressure, expectations, or stress. Instead of one-off crafts, we focus on process art: exploring materials, textures, movement, and ideas over time. (You can book your spot for the whole term here )
Across the term, children will:
- experiment with a variety of art materials and sensory experiences
- build confidence in their own ideas and choices
- strengthen fine and gross motor skills
- practice focus, curiosity, and self-expression
- experience the joy of creating together with their grown-up
What does a typical session look like?
Each weekly 90 min workshop includes:
- Gentle welcome & warm-up
A short, calm activity to help children arrive, connect with their bodies, and transition into creative time.

What does a typical session look like?
Each weekly 90 min workshop includes:
- Gentle welcome & warm-up
A short, calm activity to help children arrive, connect with their bodies, and transition into creative time.
- Guided process-art exploration (approx. 45 minutes)
Children explore carefully prepared materials with freedom and support, no “right way,” no pressure to finish.
- Creative free play (approx. 40 minutes)
Sensory trays, open-ended materials, toddler-safe tools, and familiar basics (cardboard, crayons, paint) encourage deeper exploration, while grown-ups relax nearby.
- Although Crafty Crew workshops are aimed towards toddlers, there will be new baby area this term: baby mat with a little sensory experience each week, offered with a small flat fee. Gentle introduction to the artistic experience!
This weeks theme: OUTLINED
Collaborative art that explores different shapes and shifts our focus to negative spaces. We will produce a group portrait in a fun way, engaging whole body into the process. There will be lots of movement, exactly as toddlers like!
For a creative free play be ready for a sticker and collage fun!
!! Important info !!
This is not a drop-off program.
Crafty Crew is shared creative time — grown-ups stay and participate. I create the safest environment possible, but caregivers are responsible for their children at all times.
Clothing:
Please dress children in clothes that can get messy. Materials are labeled “washable,” but experience tells us… not always perfectly.
Photo & privacy policy:
Children’s privacy is a priority. Photos may be taken during sessions, but faces and identifying features are avoided. Shared images focus on materials, hands, and the creative process.
Official language
Workshops are led in English, but we welcome families from all around the world. Process based art does not need tons of instruction, moreover play and art are universal languages that all humans speak.
