Solidarische Besucher*innen können via eventfrog.ch, im Vorverkauf und an den Festivalkassen einen Soli-Beitrag leisten. Die Höhe des Beitrags beträgt CHF 15 und entspricht einem Soli-Eintritt.

Soli-Eintritte können von Personen bezogen werden, welche sich keine Eintritte leisten können, ohne dass eine Begründung gegeben werden muss, sowie für Personen mit F-, N- und S-Status beim Vorweisen ihres Ausweises.

Fantoche möchte damit die Zugänglichkeit zum Festival erhöhen. Ein Weg hierzu ist die Teilnahmeermöglichung für Menschen, die sonst aus finanziellen Gründen ausgeschlossen wären.

Solidary visitors can contribute via eventfrog.ch («Soli-Beitrag»), in advance and at box office of the festival. The amount of the contribution is CHF 15 and corresponds to one «Soli» admission.

«Soli» admissions can be obtained by people who cannot afford admissions without having to give a reason, as well as for people with F, N and S status when showing their ID.

Fantoche would like to increase accessibility to the festival. One way to do this is to make it possible for people to attend who would otherwise be excluded for financial reasons.

Im Kinosaal gilt freie Sitzplatzwahl. Tickets können nicht zurückgegeben oder umgetauscht werden. Für Besitzer*innen eines abopass oder einer Kulturlegi sind nicht-kumulierbare Vergünstigungen erhältlich.

Sind Ihre erworbenen Tickets vergünstigt oder über eine Akkreditierung bezogen, nehmen Sie bitte den entsprechenden Ausweis zum Festival mit und zeigen diesen ungefragt beim Einlass vor. Missbrauch mit Vergünstigungen führt zu Konsequenzen.

Als no show gilt, wenn Sie nicht bis Vorstellungsbeginn Ihren Sitzplatz bezogen haben – das Anrecht auf den Sitzplatz verfällt dann.

Zugang per Rollstuhl: Alle Veranstaltungsorte wie auch das Festivalzentrum sind rollstuhlgängig. Bitte rufen Sie uns 2 bis 4 Stunden vor Vorstellungsbeginn an, damit wir Ihnen einen Rollstuhlplatz im Kinosaal reservieren können. Tel. Festivalbüro / Infostand: +41 56 204 93 47

Free seating in the movie theatre. Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. Non-cumulative discounts are available for holders of an abopass or a Kulturlegi.

If you have obtained tickets at a reduced price or via accreditation, please take the corresponding ID / pass with you to the festival and show it at admission without being asked. Abusing ticket concessions will lead to consequences.

It is considered a no show if you have not taken your seat by the start time of the screening – the right to the seat is then forfeited in this respect.
