Once there, we’ll ground ourselves with a calming "classical yoga" session, breathwork, relaxation, and meditation adapted for every level.

- Refreshing Cold Plunge (optional)

Duration: 2.5 hours
Program/Schedule:
08:30 am: Meeting at Sihlquai 274, 8005 Zurich (Each participant will recieve a key for Garderobe)
08:35 - 08:50 am: Check-In and change clothes
09:00 - 09:50 am: Yoga Session
10:00 - 11:00 am: Sauna (can be extened with additional CHF 7.50 / 30 minutes and so on, payable at counter)
Spots limited and confirmed against ticket as given below
Ticket includes only the event (classical yoga + Sauna) and not transport, food or drinks.
Details & coordination in our WhatsApp group (only for confirmed participants).
What to bring:
- Yoga mat and dress for yoga
- Swimsuit, bathrobe, clean flip-flops and two towels
- (Towels + bathrobes can be rented for an additional fee)
