Step into an afternoon of creativity, mindful movement, and soulful connection at our Awakening: A Spring Creative Retreat. Inspired by the renewal of spring, this retreat invites you to slow down, explore creative expression, and reconnect with yourself and others in a warm, supportive, and inspiring space.
🌸 Opening Ceremony
1:00 – 1:20 PM (All participants)
We begin the retreat together with an opening ceremony to ground ourselves, connect as a group, and set the tone for the day ahead.
🌀 Workshop Blocks
Participants will rotate through three workshop experiences across three blocks, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to attend each offering. If you choose to not join a session we'll have a chill out area where you can engage in other creative activities.

- Stitch & Bloom: Mindful Crochet: In this gentle crochet session, you will create a simple, beginner-friendly crocheted piece as a personal expression of colour and intention. Guided step by step, this experience invites you to slow down, connect with your hands, and enjoy the calming rhythm of mindful making.
- The Healing Journey: A deeply nourishing session including Somatic Movement, Yin Yoga, and Sound Healing, designed to support relaxation, release, and embodied awareness.
Each session is thoughtfully curated to support creative expression, relaxation, and holistic wellbeing. No prior experience is required.
🌙 Closing Ceremony
6:45 – 7:00 PM
We come together once more for a gentle closing ceremony to reflect, integrate, and complete the day as a group.
