Once a month, Les Caves du Cep becomes the premiere English Comedy venue in Vaud. Every month features a touring headliner and local support. The March Lineup Features Sid Singh, a political comedian and human rights lawyer originally from the US but based in Europe for the past few years.

Bio: Sid Singh is quickly becoming a favorite all over Europe! He is the current head writer for BBC Radio 4’s Sikisa’s Border Control and the Reigning ‘Best Performer’ at the prestigious Edinburgh Fringe Festival according to the British Comedy Guide’s Comedian Choice Awards. He was also twice nominated for Best Show at the festival in 2023 and 2024! Previously he was a cast member at Boom Chicago, a writer on the BBC’s Muzlamic, and host of NBC’s Lit News!

He started standup just before the pandemic while living in Czech Republic because he loves a challenge is great at bad timing. He picked it back up in 2022 after moving to Switzerland because he doesn't learn from his mistakes. His humor is a mix of political, social and family commentary tinged with the insights of an expat living, loving and learning in different language and cultural environments for most of his adult life.
