Personal data: Where can I access my data?

As part of using Eventfrog, your data will be stored.

You can see which data this is in detail in your profile.

Sign in and go to «Settings».

Under «Data Privacy» Under 'Data protection' you will also see that consent to the use of data is selected here. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Your personal data can be downloaded as JSON. This file can be opened using your editor.

The following data is output:

Address (user)
Addresses entered under «Organiser address»
Bank account details (IBAN, BIC, name of bank)
Identification number of your identity card
Copy of your identity card
Tax ID
Your date of birth,
Your saved favourites,
Your location (geolocation) for the search for events (in app)
Favourite categories and
Events and groups that you have viewed in the app (Activities)

Why is this data collected?

This data is essential for the use of our platform. This relates primarily to ticket purchases, but also to the performance of the website.

§ 5 Personal data

(1) The use of the platform requires the collection, processing and use of personal data by Eventfrog. The customer hereby consents to the storage of the personal data provided by him/her. This also applies to the storage of IP addresses, which are transmitted each time the platform is used.

(2) The data of participants will be passed to the organisers for the purpose of admission control and the proper execution of the events. Organisers undertake to use this data only for this purpose and in particular not for further marketing purposes.
