The order confirmation is the proof of purchase. It contains all the necessary details including VAT.
A separate invoice (proof of purchase) is available if the organiser has provided a VAT number. This will be sent as an attachment with the order confirmation. However, you can also download it from your Eventfrog account under «My tickets».
Go to the ticket for which you need a receipt and click on «Download receipt».
