Why can't I pay on site?

If «payment on site» is not available as a payment option, the event organiser does not offer this payment method when selling on our platform. You are also welcome to contact the organiser if you have any further questions.

I do not have any of the payment methods offered. Can I still buy the ticket?

If you do not have one of these payment methods, in most cases you can also purchase your tickets at the public presale points of Swiss Post in German- and French-speaking Switzerland, BLS and SOB.
