Why can't I pay on site?
If «payment on site» is not available as a payment option, the event organiser does not offer this payment method when selling on our platform. You are also welcome to contact the organiser if you have any further questions.
I do not have any of the payment methods offered. Can I still buy the ticket?
Eventfrog offers event organisers public advance ticket sales options. These include Orell Füssli, Liechtenstein Post, Solothurn Tourism, SOB, Baden Tourism and Rheinfelden Tourism.
