Why have I been charged by Eventfrog?
If you find a debit from Ticketfrog AG with the link «eventfrog.ch/bill» on your invoice, you have purchased tickets for an event that the organiser has pre-sold via Eventfrog. Either directly via our website or embedded on his or her own website.
If you want to check your purchases:

Log in to eventfrog.ch.
 - 
	
Under «My tickets» you can see all purchased tickets for past and upcoming events.
 - 
	
Compare the amount on your credit card statement with the tickets purchased.
