Do you want to offer your event with free tickets? Great – in most cases, it’s completely free of charge for you. Here’s what you need to know.

Fees when selling free tickets

With the Free package, free tickets are entirely free of charge for you – you can offer as many as you like without incurring any fees.

From the Plus package onwards, you also benefit from reduced rates: the percentage share is waived completely, so only a small fixed amount per ticket is charged.

This applies uniformly to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Fees for cancellations of free tickets

Even if you want to handle a cancellation conveniently via Eventfrog, it remains fair:

With the Free package, cancelling free tickets is entirely free of charge.

From the Plus package onwards, only the fixed amount per ticket applies – the percentage share is waived here too.

This rule also applies uniformly to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
