How to protect your Eventfrog account

There are two options for signing in securely:

Passkeys and verification codes

Sign in without a password using your fingerprint, facial recognition or device PIN. Without a passkey or MFA enabled, organisers must also confirm their login with a code sent by email.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA)

Protect your account with an additional one-time code from an authenticator app.
