RedZed Support: Ghostlights

1. is the Czech rap-metal outlier turning underground intensity into global momentum. Writing and producing everything himself, he fuses serrated modern rap with the heft of late-90s/’00s metal—often tracking his own guitars and building the beats from scratch. The result is a singular crossover that speaks fluent mosh-pit and playlist alike. Since emerging in the mid-2010s he has built a fully DIY catalogue of long-form projects, culminating in the 2024 album Tales Of A Necromancer, which crystallised his vision and sparked new collaborations, including cuts with SXMPRA and gizmo. Recent singles such as “TONES OF DARKNESS (Ozzy Tribute)”, “GHOSTS AND FAIRY TALES”, “VAMPIRE OUT THE CRYPT” and “Electric Funeral” (with Acid Row) continue to push deeper into a dark, cinematic world that sitsbetween underground rap, nu-metal and doom.
Audience traction matches the output: currently counts well over one million monthly listeners on Spotify, making him one of the moststreamed Czech artists globally. His catalogue includes viral tracks like “Rave In The Grave,” “Meth Phonk,” “Straight Outta Flames” and “Drugs = Magic,” which have generated tens of millions of streams across platforms and introduced his sound to rap kids and metal die-hards far beyond Central Europe.
Onstage he’s relentless. Recent highlights include a sold-out hometown headline at Prague’s Lucerna Music Bar, UK and Central European club runs, first Australian dates and festival slots at Sziget Festival, Rock for People, Metronome Prague, Brutal Assault, Pohoda and Hoodfest, where he shares line-ups with acts ranging from The Prodigy and Bring Me The Horizon to Richie Hawtin and Sam Smith.
Core to his appeal is intention: English-language lyrics, heavy textures, and a refusal to pick a lane. It’s a coherent world—menacing, melodic and unexpectedly catchy—that keeps growing an international cult following one show, one playlist and one mosh-pit at a time.
