Kimchi Workshop November

🇰🇷 Welcome to THE KIMCHI CLUB × CASA TIERRA!
An authentic Korean cooking experience in Zurich — this time in collaboration with Casa Tierra.

👩‍🍳 In this workshop, you’ll learn how to make traditional Korean kimchi from scratch and enjoy a Kimchi Burger together.

You’ll prepare your own batch of kimchi to take home and learn more about Korean fermentation, ingredients, and food culture in a relaxed and hands-on setting.

📅 Date & Time: Saturday, 21 November 2026, 14:00–17:00
📍 Location: Seefeldstrasse 329, 8008 Zürich

🥡 Two containers (approx. 1L each) to take your kimchi home

👕 We recommend avoiding white clothes — kimchi can get a little wild!
No worries though, aprons will be provided.

🎟️ Ticket Transfer

If you would like to transfer your ticket to another person, please send us an email with the new participant’s name and email address.

This is important so that we can send the confirmation email, workshop information, and any important updates directly to the person attending.

**Cancellation Policy** 

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible via email or Instagram direct message.

Refunds are handled as follows:

• More than 14 days before the workshop: Full refund
• Within 14 days of the workshop: 50% refund
• 1 day before the workshop or after the workshop has started: Unfortunately, no refund can be offered

Thank you for your understanding. As this is a small-group workshop, ingredients and materials are prepared in advance and each place is reserved specifically for every participant.
