Authentic Korean Cooking Experience in Zurich

Join us for a hands-on Korean cooking class and discover the flavors of one of Korea's most beloved holidays, Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving).

👩‍🍳 What You'll Learn

Together, we'll prepare three traditional Korean festive dishes:

🥩 Galbijjim (갈비찜) – Braised beef short ribs in a rich soy-based sauce
🍜 Japchae (잡채) – Stir-fried sweet potato glass noodles with vegetables
🥢 Modeum Jeon (모둠전) – A selection of savory Korean pancakes

Whether you're completely new to Korean cuisine or already a fan, this workshop offers a fun and authentic introduction to Korean home cooking.

Refunds are available as follows:

• More than 14 days before the event: Full refund
• Within 14 days of the event: 50% refund
• 1 day before the event or after the event has started: No refund available
