Femininity. Sexuality. What do these mean for you?

Give yourself a gift for Women's Day and celebrate with wonderful ladies who, like you, want to be women on their own terms.

In the workshop, we will address what blocks us in our sex lives.
We'll talk about the shame and beliefs that hinder us from enjoying our intimate lives.

This is not another workshop about walking in heels and perfecting our make-up!

We're going to look for our true femininity, which rarely looks pink and Instagram-ish (because you can't go through life with a digital filter on your face, do you?)

We'll find out what masks we put on to fit into the society as "perfect women."

We will see ourselves through the eyes of other women to discover how others see us, notice our strengths that we so often overlook, focusing on that next wrinkle or excess kilograms.

We will move to bring energy to our hips, so important to our sexuality.

We will dance and express our femininity and sensuality with movement.

What you'll gain from this workshop:

• You will understand better what it means to you to be a woman and how you want to nurture your own version of femininity.
• You will identify your masks that hinder you from expressing your femininity authentically.
• You will recognize the sexual blockages and shame that stand in your way of pleasure.
• You will discover new aspects of yourself by viewing yourself in the eyes of other women.
• You will try bodywork and movement techniques that will help you strengthen your confidence, your expression and your sexuality.
• You will relax and gain energy.
• You will network and make new friends with like-minded English-speaking women in Switzerland.

Is this workshop for me?
This meeting is for you regardless of your age, appearance or relationship status. You do not need to have any special abilities or physical fitness. You can do all the movement activities (simple movements - exercises according to the somatic (bioenergetic) exercises and dance) to the best of your ability, or take a break and just observe. There is no nudity or exercises directly referring to sexuality in the workshop.

The workshop implies the sharing of private experiences and emotions, check if you are open to this. We are bound by confidentiality and participate as much as we want.

If you are currently in a mental health crisis (that is, you do not feel stabilized by psychotherapy and/or medication), please wait until the next edition. This workshop is not group therapy, rather it can signal you threads for further work with your therapist(s).

Hi! I'm Anka. I've been working in the field of sexuality and women's empowerment for over 20 years now

I don't wear high heels. I don't have the figure of a model. I often leave the house without make-up. But I like red lipstick and jewelry. I am a feminist and I love being a woman. I believe that a woman who enjoys her sexuality without shame or blocks can change the world!

I have been working with women and girls for more than 20 years, first as a sexuality educator and women's rights activist, today as a sexologist and therapist. I know that there is no single definition of femininity, even though social media tries to tell us that we are all supposed to look like Kim Kardashian or another celebrity.

My superpower is to create such an atmosphere of confidence in workshops that participants are brave enough to share their experience and try new things. No matter how old you are, what your status or life situation is, you have the right to seek your vision of femininity and the path to better sex.
