You will receive your tickets immediately after completing your order. You can access and print them out immediately after your purchase. You will also receive a link sent to your e-mail address, which you can use to access your tickets later on. You can also access your tickets at any time in your account under «My tickets».
Note: After downloading the ticket PDF for the first time, a new tab may open automatically on your PC. If the ticket is not immediately visible there, you may find it in the «Downloads» folder on your device. You can also look in the «Downloads folder on your smartphone.
If this is not the case, please also check your spam / junk folder. If the order confirmation cannot be found in your spam folder either, there may be various reasons. For example, you may have entered an incorrect e-mail address or your payment may have failed. In this case, please contact our support team.
You can either log in via our app or under Login with your e-mail address and the password you have set.
When you log in on the website, you will find all your orders under «My tickets».
You can also easily add your tickets to your «Apple Wallet», «Samsung Wallet» oder «Google Wallet» via your mobile browser.

If you still cannot find the tickets, please contact our support team.
Then we can check why the tickets are not visible in your profile
If you can’t find your ticket shortly before the event – for example, due to a mistyped email address or technical issues when retrieving it – there’s still an easy way to gain access to the event:
📣 Speak to the event organiser at the entrance and let them know you don’t have your ticket with you.
The event organiser can look up your ticket using the Entry app (the check-in tool for event organisers) by searching for your name and validate it – no PDF or email needed.

Important: If you bought your ticket using Express Checkout – meaning you didn’t provide your name – the name search won’t work. In this case, our support team will be happy to help you.
