Can I cancel my ticket?
If a cancellation is possible depends on whether you took out ERV ticket insurance at the time of purchase. Below, you'll find guidance for each case – with insurance, without insurance, or if you're unsure.
With ticket insurance
If you purchased ticket insurance and need to file a claim, you can do so easily online:

Without ticket insurance
Tickets for events are generally non-refundable. The purchase agreement is made directly between you and the event organiser. If you would still like to contact the event organiser, you can do so via: Questions about the event or to the event organiser?
I don't know if I have taken out ticket insurance
Check your order confirmation: if you took out insurance, it will be listed as a separate item.You’ll also find a separate insurance document attached to your confirmation email.
Bought a Flex-Ticket?
