We will start by reflecting on what we want to re-align in this year, followed by a deep grounding yin yoga with Anna. Ariane will guide you into a rejuvenating Meditation and we will end with a sharing circle.
Ariane: vocal coach, breathing coordination coach and artistic developement coach will guide you in a meditation and reflection to adjust your thoughts in order to manifest more of what you want for 2026
Anna: ayurveda coach, massage therapist and yoga teacher will guide us in a gentle yin yoga session while sharing wisdom and guidance for the year
