Drawing from Andean and Amazonian worldviews, Foundations of Cosmovision is a four-part experiential journey through the four elements within your self Earth, Air, Water and Fire — exploring the relationship between nature, body, memory, perception and consciousness.
Each session focuses on one element and one dimension of the human experience: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Through guided shamanic journeying, meditation, embodied awareness, symbolic exploration, participants are invited to a journey of integration and encounter the elements within themselves, discovering their own perceptions, images, memories, personal symbologies and intuitive responses.
At the heart of the experience is Ayni — reciprocity: a basic approach to knowledge based on relationship, exchange, respect, responsibility and connection.

The series is informed by Ximena Xaguar’s extensive practice and work with native healing arts and guide of Sweatlodge ceremonies and ritual practices since 2008, inspired by Andean and Amazonian approaches to natural holistic medicine.
An invitation to reconnect and integrate with the elements within us — and to explore the living relationship between perception, nature, body and consciousness.
