  1. Handstand im brusttiefen Wasser mit Abrollen
  2. Tunneltauchen: durch einen Reifen tauchen
  3. Superman: 10-15 m Wechselbeinschlag in Bauchlage und Drehung zur Seite
  4. Eisbärschwimmen: 10-15 m Wechselbeinschlag mit Paddelbewegung
  5. Rückenschwimmen: 15-25 m Wechselbeinschlag in Rückenlage und Armantrieb
