ESN Bern - City Trip #1

Dear Erasmi,

Join us for an exciting day trip from Bern to the rustling-and-bustling, lively city of Geneva! 

Our adventure will include a charming walk through the city, a boat tour on the lake Geneva and visiting some city hotspots! Later, we’ll visit the Patek Phillipe Museum, one of Switzerland’s many clock museums, which is home to an ever-growing array of various kinds of watches by Patek Philippe. Don’t miss out! 

REGISTRATION: Will be opened on Tuesday, 22st of September at 18:00. Get your ticket on Eventfrog!

WHERE: Bern Bahnhof (under the big display screen)

WHEN: The event will take place on Sunday, 27th of September. We will meet at Bern train station at 09:00 and be back in Bern at 21:30.

PRICES:

With GA: 

• with ESNcard: 5 CHF

• without ESNcard: 10 CHF

With Halbtax / no train reduction / night GA: 

• with ESNcard: 15 CHF

• without ESNcard: 20 CHF

Tickets include: Train reservation, boat tour and entry to the Lindt chocolate museum.

Tickets DO NOT include: Lunch is not included, so please bring your own lunch/snacks.

⚠️ Info on the Patek Philippe Museum: Depending on availability, complimentary audio guides may be provided with a deposit of an identity card or a passport. A cloakroom is available to store backpacks and cameras which are not permitted. Photos without flash are allowed from your smartphone. Please bring a 2 CHF coin which will be returned to you upon your departure.

ESN card discount

The ticket options “with ESN card” are available at a special reduced price for holders of the ESN card. Please only purchase a ticket from this category if you own a valid ESN card or if you plan to buy one in the near future. You may buy a card from ESN Bern for 15.- CHF. It is valid for one year and will give you discounts at our activities. Note that the card needs to be filled with your personal information and that it will be checked at the beginning of each activity.

Refund policy

Please understand that ESN Bern cannot issue refunds on any tickets sold due to multiple reasons. You are allowed to resell the ticket for the same price to fellow students / ESN members (with the same train reductions). Please note that selling tickets with a profit is forbidden.

Also note that the illness insurance is provided by Eventfrog and ESN has nothing to do with it.
