Event Flow (2 Hours)
1.Arrival & Grounding
Ease in with herbal tea, intention setting, and a moment of stillness to settle into your body and the space. Let this act welcome you into the session, an invitation to slow down.
2. Opening Circle
We open with gentle breathwork and grounding meditation - setting the tone for a safe, intentional journey.
3. Embodiment & Expressive Art
Through guided movement and intuitive painting, you’ll explore your inner world with the support of live sound healing. We’ll begin with gentle body movements to ground into the present moment, then transition into painting as an extension of that embodied expression. The focus is on ease, play, and self-exploration — allowing your body and art to become channels for release, creativity, and inner discovery.
4.Silent Integration
Take rest and close your eyes, receive a second sound bath absorbing all you’ve gained from the experience. Allow your nervous system to soften, and your body to integrate everything it expressed.
5. Optional Sharing Circle/ Sessions Closing
To close, we’ll open space for optional sharing — not to analyze, but to witness. Speak from the body: what moved you, what surprised you, what softened? We’ll seal the session harmonizing the group energy one last time.
Your Hosts:
Art Therapist: Natalia
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology, with a focus on the symbolism of the unconscious and its expression through body awareness and painting. With over 10 years of clinical experience, I've managed an artistically therapeutic residency in São Paulo and participated in an immersive school emphasizing tantra and art as integrative tools for emotional processing. My approach blends expressive movement and art therapy, fostering "embodiment art"—a sensitive experience connecting body, emotion, and artistic expression.
Sound Therapist: Jamilah
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Holistic Design (Design Management) along with a 200-hour Meditation Teacher Certification, and Level 1 & 2 Sound Healing Certifications. I also hold a Level 3 Diploma in Sound Therapy, accredited by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM)
Since being introduced to the world of sound medicine and meditation in 2021 — and cultivating a personal practice that’s deeply supported my own journey — I now offer the very tools that have helped me most. My work is rooted in creating safe, intentional spaces where others can access inner peace, deep relaxation, and an authentic connection to self.
My approach weaves together pranayama (breathwork), yoga nidra, and healing frequencies from both Tibetan and crystal singing bowls. Through these practices, I guide others back to their natural state of clarity, openness, and introspection — supporting a return to the heart and a quieting of the mind
We're looking forward to welcoming you.
