Join me in Zürich’s Käferberg Forest for a special guided experience as part of the International Forest Bathing & Soundwalk Weekend, a global collaboration between the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs (ANFT) and Quiet Parks International (QPI).

On September 12 & 13, guides and communities around the world will be inviting people to Listen to the Living World through Forest Bathing experiences and Soundwalks. I’ll be guiding our Zürich experience on Sunday morning at Käferberg.
What will we do?
Over approximately 2¼ hours, I’ll guide you through a series of sensory Nature and Forest Therapy invitations, periods of intentional listening, and a Soundwalk through the forest.
This is not a hike, and we won't be covering a large distance. The focus is on experiencing the forest through the senses, noticing the sounds and other elements of the environment, and having time for your own experience rather than trying to reach a destination.
There will be opportunities to share observations with the group, but sharing is always optional.
We’ll finish our morning together with tea and a small snack.

Who is this for?
No previous experience with Forest Bathing, Nature Therapy, Soundwalking, or meditation is needed. This experience is open to adults aged 18+.

The exact meeting point and final practical information will be sent to registered participants before the event.
Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather and bring water. We will be on natural forest paths with some uneven terrain. The event will take place rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe.

The International Forest Bathing & Soundwalk Weekend brings together local Forest Bathing experiences and Soundwalks around the world on September 12 & 13, 2026.
Forest Bathing and Soundwalks are different practices, but both invite us to pay attention and deepen our relationship with place and the living world.
