In this seminar, you will learn how selected medicinal plants can support cardiovascular health, promote blood circulation, calm the nervous system, and strengthen the heart on both a physical and emotional level. Through using our senses — see, smell, taste, touch, and perceive — we gain direct access to the healing qualities of plants. The workshop invites you to experience the wisdom of nature with all your senses.
