For the past two years, we’ve been coming together to breathe as one community—outdoors, in the heart of Zurich.

Everyone is welcome, whether it’s your very first breathwork session or you’ve been practicing for years.

This edition is especially meaningful, as 100% of the proceeds will be donated to an animal welfare organization in Zurich. 🐾

I’m also incredibly happy to welcome some of my former Breathwork Teacher Training graduates, who will be co-hosting this special session alongside me.
