We begin with stretching and somatic movement to ground us in our bodies before settling down to explore - a 75 minute breathwork journey and 30 minute sound-healing integration. There will be time to reflect and share afterwards.
Vanessa and Hannah have a simple but powerful mission - to connect us to our authentic selves. From this vantage point we make better decisions and connect better with eachother and the earth.

*We will utilise powerful breathing practice that can affect blood pressure, blood oxygen levels and pH - therefore it is not suitable for certain health conditions: pregnancy, uncontrolled high blood pressure, glaucoma, recent surgery, history of seizures, psychosis. In these cases, adapted or gentler practices may be more appropriate - please contact us if you are unsure. The practice can be tailored.
