Angelehnt an Vinyasa Yoga ist somatisch-intuitives Yoga eine achtsame Praxis, die dich einlädt, deinen Körper von innen heraus wahrzunehmen und seiner natürlichen Intelligenz zu vertrauen. Im Mittelpunkt steht nicht die äußere Form, sondern das bewusste Spüren, Erforschen und Zulassen von Bewegung, Atem und Empfindung.

Durch mal sanfte, mal kraftvollere intuitive Sequenzen, somatische Körperarbeit und bewusste Pausen entsteht ein Raum, in dem sich Spannungen lösen und dein Nervensystem regulieren kann. Du lernst, feiner auf innere Signale zu hören und dich von ihnen leiten zu lassen.

Diese Praxis unterstützt dich dabei, mehr Verkörperung, Selbstwahrnehmung und innere Klarheit zu entwickeln und wieder in eine tiefere Verbindung mit dir selbst zu kommen.
