9D Breathwork - Full Reset

One hour. Headphones on. Everything changes.

You don't need to fix anything. You don't need to figure anything out. You just need to lie down and breathe.

9D Breathwork uses nine layers of sound, music and guided breathing to bypass the thinking mind  and take you somewhere words can't fully describe. Your nervous system does the rest.

This is your hour. 🌿

What to Bring
Comfortable clothing, your favourite eye mask, a journal, a water bottle and an open mind.
Yoga mats, blankets and pillows are provided.

Important — Please Read Before Booking

This type of Breathwork may not be suitable for you if you have any of the following conditions:

• Cardiovascular problems or abnormally high blood pressure
• Chronic respiratory conditions
• History of aneurysms, epilepsy or seizures
• Currently taking heavy medication
• Severe psychiatric symptoms including psychosis, paranoia or bipolar disorder
• Osteoporosis
• Recent surgery
• Glaucoma
• Pregnancy

Asthma: Please bring your inhaler and consult your physician before participating.

Panic attacks: Please consult your physician before participating.

Emotional or spiritual crisis / acute trauma / untreated mental illness: Please reach out before booking so we can support you properly.

Neurodivergence (PTSD, ADHD, ASD, sensory sensitivities): We recommend listening to a free example on the website first to make sure the high frequency sounds feel comfortable for you.

We recommend avoiding a heavy meal in the hours before the session.

Please arrive a little early to settle in and connect with other participants.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the session. After that, 50% of the ticket price will be charged.
