9D Breathwork - The Emergence

Welcome to your 9D Breathwork experience.

Most of us know what we need to change. The hard part is getting out of our own way.

9D Breathwork works because it bypasses the thinking mind. While you breathe, nine layers of sound and frequency do the rest, guiding your nervous system into a state where real change becomes possible.

You don't need to understand it. You just need to lie down and breathe.

What to Bring:

Comfortable clothing, if you have your favorite eye mask, a journal to write down any insights, a water bottle, and an open mind!

Yoga Matts, Blankets, Pillows are provided.

An Activating breathing session may not be suitable for you if you have the following conditions:

Cardiovascular problems, abnormally high blood pressure

Chronic Respiratory Conditions

History of Aneurisms, Epilepsy and seizures in the past

Anyone taking heavy medication

Severe psychiatric symptoms especially psychosis or paranoia, bipolar

Osteoporosis

Recent surgery

Glaucoma

Currently pregnant

People with asthma should bring their own inhaler and consult with their physician and breathing session instructor before participating.

People with Panic attack should consult with their physician and breathing session instructor before participating.

Anyone experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis, with acute trauma or any person with a mental illness who is not in treatment or lacks adequate support.

People with Neurodivergence conditions as PTSD, ADHD, ASD, Sensory Sensitivities,

Please note, this list is not exhaustive and we generally advise that if you have a question about a condition you may have that is not listed here, you consult a physician before participating in these breathing sessions.

Dont recommend you to have a big meal short before the session.

We encourage you to arrive a little earlier, settle in and connect with other participants.

Registration at the reception is required upon arrival.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your Session unto 24 hours before the start. After 50% of the full price will be charged.

If you feel like making a whole ritual out of it, you can start the afternoon with a swim in the lake before the session, take time to breathe, release and reconnect during the journey, and then if you want to end the day beautifully, stay for dinner or a drink at the @barfuesser_sushi_bar on the roof terrace.

A little reminder: food and drinks are not included in the session price, but the location gives you the possibility to turn it into a really special Sunday for yourself
