After losing her sister, Ellie retreats from the world, convinced that keeping people at a distance is the only way to protect herself. When she unexpectedly falls in love, she is forced to confront her fears - but love is never simple. As old wounds, insecurity and unresolved grief begin to shape the relationship, Ellie must learn that opening her heart also means facing herself.
