Eligibility requires a German personal PayPal account with a linked debit card or a bank account with a valid SEPA direct debit mandate as the funding source. Optionally, you can request to extend the payment period by a further 30 days (to a total of 60 days) or, alternatively, by 54 days (to a total of 84 days) for a fee.
