Join us every Wednesday at 09:00 for an outdoor Dance & Toning class by the lake — now with Silent Party headsets for a unique workout experience surrounded by nature, music and positive energy.

Expect Latin vibes, full-body movement, toning exercises and a supportive community atmosphere open to all fitness levels.
