Join us on the NORS terrace for a 45 min outdoor strength and HIIT class led by Gizem Baruk - a certified trainer known for sessions that are genuinely challenging, technically precise, and never boring. Whether you're a regular in the gym or just getting back into movement, Gizem's coaching meets you where you are and pushes you further.
The class is mat-based with booty bands - targeting glutes, legs and core through a mix of strength circuits and HIIT intervals. All equipment is provided.
Once you've earned it, your mat transforms into your breakfast spot. We'll create a picnic directly on the terrace - a nourishing bowl of overnight oats, chia seeds, homemade granola and fresh seasonal fruit, brought to your mat when you finish. Paired with your choice of specialty coffee, matcha, or a cold drink from our shop. And to finish, a freshly baked NORS cinnamon roll.
What to bring: a towel, a water bottle, and a light sweater or jacket for the breakfast. April mornings on the terrace can be fresh once you stop moving. Toilets are available in the basement if you'd like to freshen up or change before/after the class.
