Come and move with us, from wherever you are.

An hour of Mat Pilates in English, live: breath, control, flow. We work with control and intention, never force — building strength from the centre and letting everything else follow.

Eight people maximum, small enough to stop, correct, and try again. Suitable for complete beginners and for anyone coming back after an injury or a long pause.

All you need is a mat, a square metre of floor and an hour to yourself.
