Join us outdoors for a refreshing Vinyasa Flow class designed to help you move, breathe, and connect in the fresh air. This practice is open to all experience levels, whether you’re brand new to yoga or already have an established practice. Modifications and options will be offered throughout the class so you can choose the variation that feels best for your body and energy level.
