This is your invitation to find balance between effort and ease, movement and stillness, strength and surrender.
Our Yin & Yang Yoga class begins with gentle, mindful movement to awaken the body, build warmth and release the tensions accumulated throughout the day. We then gradually transition into longer-held Yin postures, allowing the nervous system to slow down, the mind to quiet and the body to soften.
Expect a practice that is both grounding and energising. A space to move, breathe, release and restore.
Led by an internationally trained teacher with years of experience in India & Bali, this class blends traditional yoga, mindful movement, breath awareness and nervous system regulation into a practice that leaves you feeling balanced, centred and deeply nourished.
