BelvalExpress: FINE-

Fine- questions the components of well-being and invites the audience to reflect on what it really means to be “fine”.
BelvalExpress Theater’s latest play connects psychologists Edward Deci and Richard Ryan’s Self-Determination Theory with theater in order to raise awareness of self-care and the psychological processes behind everyday functioning.
