We know that living in a big city is not always easy. And Zürich with all its offers and fast rhythm can be even more overwhelming. That’s why we invite you to PAUSE. A pause of embodied connection. To then restart stronger, more centered, and focused on what really matters to you.

This pause is called Playfight Embody the Change Zürich: a 5-day nature retreat to connect, embody, and transform our struggles, by being vulnerable and assertive at the same time, where the act of playfighting becomes the catalyst of deep connection and personal transformation.

• Camping at an ecological venue: Klingenmühle, a wonderful retreat center close to Zürich.

In the 5 days together, we'll combine playfulness and deep personal work. Through daily Playfight sessions, we'll provide a unique blend of mindful movement, physical interaction, and personal development. Explore the transformative power of Playfight as you connect with others and delve into self-discovery.

We'll have a large team of space holders offering diverse sessions in therapeutic acroyoga, nonviolent communication, Haka, and grief rituals so that we can nourish our body, mind, and spirit.

We'll be nourished by incredible vegan meals and the verdant beauty of Klingemühle, a retreat center in the foothills of the Alps. Through intimate moments of sharing and mutual feedback, you'll experience being held in your vulnerability by the group, while being encouraged to explore your warrior energy on the mat.

Our Immersions are spaces to learn through play like children, to be wild and responsible, strong and careful, in connection with yourself and others.
