It‘s hard to really tell you what can happen during a session, because this is so different for every individual. Also it is just so much about feeling this energy with your own being and letting it do whatever it needs to do for and with you.
For me this energy work brought me even closer to realization that I am divine energy manifesting itself in a human being. That I am deeply connected to the divine source
It reminded me that there lies infinite power within myself that only I can awaken when I am brave enough to trust in it. ✨

Some information for the event:
Please be there 10 min before to arrive, wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle and a journal if you like🤍try to not eat heavy 2 hours before the event.
Try to come with an open heart & mind. If you find the time before the session, do a short meditation to center, focus and let go of expectations. The less expectations you have, the more room you create for

I know it‘s hard to let go of the mind, but tell yourself that whatever will happen is the right thing and that the energy will give you exactly what you need, even if it‘s something else than you think now.
You can have an intention of course, a reason why you are coming to this session. But an intention and having expectations are not quiet the same☺️ so find a reason why you are coming but don‘t expect anything, but be open for what will unfold✨
