Staying Steady in Times of Change”​

Transitions are part of modern professional life especially in international environments like Geneva. But when roles shift, something subtle often shifts internally too. Confidence can dip, even when competence hasn’t changed. Conversations feel heavier. Introducing yourself becomes more complicated.

​This 45-minute interactive session helps you stay internally steady while your external context evolves. Through guided reflection and small-group dialogue, you’ll explore what truly destabilises us in transition and how to move through change without shrinking or overcompensating.

​In 45 minutes, you’ll walk away with:

• ​A clearer understanding of what actually happens internally during professional transitions

• ​Language to introduce yourself in a way that reflects who you are - not just your current title

• ​One practical grounding shift you can apply immediately in conversations and new environments

Who it’s for:

International professionals who have recently moved countries, stepped into new responsibilities, are between roles, or sense that their current title no longer fully captures who they are.

Tatiana Rueff is an Executive & Leadership Transition Coach based in Geneva. She supports senior professionals and leaders navigating complex career transitions, helping them stay grounded, visible, and strategically positioned while stepping into new chapters.
