Creative Yoga & Painting Workshop: Draw Me Home

What does “home” feel like in your body?

In this unique creative workshop, we begin with gentle, grounding yoga to help you slow down, land in your body and reconnect with a sense of stability and inner calm.

From this rooted place, you will move into intuitive hand painting — using colour, touch and movement to explore your own feeling of home. No artistic skill is needed. There is no right or wrong. This is about expression, not perfection.

This experience is designed to help you:

• feel more grounded and present
• reconnect with your body
• access creativity without pressure
• create a personal artwork to take home

The afternoon combines movement, meditation and creative play in a warm, supportive atmosphere.

 

Open to all levels. No previous yoga or painting experience is required.

All materials are included. You will leave with your own finished artwork.
