What happens in the circle?
We open with grounding and a bit of astro education (because knowing why the moon matters actually helps). Then we move through somatic release (gentle movement that lets your body process what your brain can't), creative ritual work, voice work (saying what you've been holding back), and rest (because doing nothing is also spiritual practice, despite what Instagram says).
Some circles are quiet and introspective. Some are cathartic. Some are unexpectedly funny. It depends on who's in the room and what the moon is doing.
This Full Moon in Gemini, we'll explore:
- Getting out of your head and into your body
- Saying what you've been holding back (even if it's messy)
- Releasing the need to have all the answers before you take action
- Finding clarity not through more thinking but through less
What to bring:
- Yourself (as you are, not as you think you should be)
- Comfortable clothes you can move in
- A journal and pen if you like writing things down

- Something small for the altar if you want (a stone, a photo, whatever feels right—but this is optional)
No experience needed. You don't need to know astrology. You don't need to have "done the work." You just need to show up.
