Topic 1: Body Position & Alignment (≈ 30 minutes)

In this section, we will focus on the fundamentals that make both skills possible.

You will learn:

  • Correct body positioning for Planche and Front Lever
  • Full-body alignment and tension
  • Common mistakes and how to fix them

This part includes theory explanation + practical drills so you can immediately apply what you learn.


Topic 2: Progressions & Scaling (≈ 30 minutes)

We will break down all Planche and Front Lever progressions, explain when to use each one, and how to scale them safely.

PLANCHE Progressions covered:

  • Planche Lean
  • Tuck Planche
  • Advanced Tuck Planche
  • Straddle Planche
  • Full Planche
  • Planche push up / Planche Press

Additional variations (if needed, depending on level)

FRONT LEVER Progressions covered:

  • Tuck Front Lever
  • Adv Tuck Front lever
  • Straddle Front lever
  • Full Front Lever
  • Front Lever Pull up
