TOUGH'N'ROUGH 2024

TOUGH'N'ROUGH is one of the biggest and toughest Fitness Competition in Switzerland. During the two-day-event, 140 Athletes - some of them are amongst the best athletes in Europe - will compete in four categories. There will be seven workouts for each team during the weekend, plus another workout for the top 5 teams from each category. All togehter, they will be tested in a great variety of fitness, for example stamina, strength, endurance, power and speed.

As a spectator, you get to see the action live on-site! Be part of this event, watch the athletes take on the tests on a 600m2 competition floor, enjoy the best food, drinks, shakes and cakes, check-out the vendors. 

We also offer a spectator event: You can participate in a weightlifting competition and test your strength in two lifts. So not only cheer, but also bring your gear!
