Social Ski Weekend in Engadin

Welcome to the skiing weekend event!

This event is mainly planned for friends and family only, but since some might cancel their spots on a short notice, if they do it will be resold here for the ones who want to join for a social weekend and share their passion for skiing. There is at least 3 other people who are in your situation, do not worry if you are joining alone. If you have received access to this link, you need to know that you're invited to join us for a cozy weekend in the mountains together.

Most participants are young professionals aged between late twenties-early thirties. therefore, I assume you'd be a great fit ;)

The accommodation chosen is on the top of the mountain with amazing nature views, within short driving distance to St. Moritz or just a few minutes to Diavoletta- Lagalb (for beginners). It has the possibility to enjoy the Sauna after skiing, some leisure activities inside the hotel and a common room for a social evening. The hotel is also reachable by public transportation. If you're worried that it might be a hustle without a car, I'm sure we'll find a solution between the participants for carpooling or taking your skis.

The address of the Hotel will be communicated privately.
Ski rental and ski classes (groups & private) will communicated later closer to the event date.

What's Included per person for the standard offer:
2x Nights in either private double room or a bed in shared room with a shared toilet
2x Day Ski Pass with public transportation for Engadin
2x Breakfast
1x 3-Course dinner
2x Nights parking
2x Overnight stay taxes
Sauna
Common room

Add Ons for the people who are interested:
10.-/person for a private toilet in the room of the 4-bedroom
10.-/night for garage parking (the parking is for free outside)
40.-/ 3-Course meal dinner for Friday (there's also a Pizzeria available in the same place upon reservation)

After buying your ticket please complete the transfer of the rest of the money to Obada under the communicated IBAN within 5 days to grant your spot; immediately if the ticket is sold on 02.12.2024 or after.
If you don't succeed by doing that, the spot will be given to someone else or cancelled and you'll lose the administration fee. Cancellation conditions are stated at the bottom of the page.

Girl Math:
If you’re trying to calculate if the event is worth the price, here’s the math:
200.- for ski pass (average is more than 100.-/day in St. Moritz)
40.- for 1 dinner
30.- for breakfast (15.- each)
10.- tourist tax
20.- for 2-Day Sauna

Reselling:
The tickets are not allowed to be resold to strangers, it is however allowed to be resold to common friends or within the WhatsApp group of the event or to other participants as well as the waiting list.

Cancellation Policy:
If you decide to cancel your spot before this date: 10.12.2024
You'll receive a full-refund minus what paid here (Transaction costs + Hotel Administration costs)
Refund up to 50% between 11.12.2024 & 25.12.2024
Refunds are not possible starting from this date: 26.12.2024
Please note:
1. Cancellations are not wished; the aim of the event is to enjoy the weekend with common friends
2. If you decide to cancel, then wish to join again or find someone for your spot, under the condition that you received a partial/full refund, you need to accept that it is not possible, and the fees goes to the hotel whether they found a replacement for you or not.
