Petra will guide you into a deep connection with your body, unlocking the subconscious and transcendental states through conscious, connected breathing.
Your breath becomes a powerful catalyst—moving you beyond the ego into the deepest parts of your body, mind, and spirit. Through breathwork, you will experience:

No prior experience is needed! All essential information will be shared before we begin, and you’ll be fully guided throughout the session.
💫 Come with childlike curiosity, an open mind, and exactly as you are!
WHAT TO BRING:
✔️ Comfortable, loose-fitting clothes for unrestricted movement & breath
✔️ Water bottle
🌿 Optional: Eye mask, your own yoga mat & blanket, journal, or any personal items (photo, crystal, intention) that feel meaningful to you.
✨ Tip: It’s best to breathe on an empty (but not grumbling!) stomach.
🚪 Please arrive 5 minutes before we begin.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Conscious, connected breathwork is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant or living with:
🔹 Heart disease, glaucoma, retinal detachment
🔹 High blood pressure, thyroid conditions
🔹 Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, epilepsy
🔹 Uncontrolled diabetes, brain or abdominal aneurysms
