Safe conversations are hardest when you're deeply emotionally involved, triggered and in love. This workshop gives you a structured process to facilitate safe conversations with your partner.
Drawing on the Imago Dialogue from Harville Hendrix, with additional insights from Rosenberg's Non-Violent Communication method as well as Joe Hudson's VIEW methodolody.
Be prepared to get vulnerable, to express your pains and to have them mirrored, validated and empathised with. In return you'll feel greater warmth and connection and you'll walk away with a tool that will support you to go deeper into your relationships.

Shane would describe himself as just a guy who is passionate about creating healthy relationships and sharing what he has learned about doing so. Apart from being an experienced trainer and a relationship psychology geek, he's also an assistant teacher at The Tantric Couple, an organisers for ISTA and someone who spent over 15 years working in adult education organising and leading training courses.
