Welcome to the skiing weekend event!
If you have received access to this link, you need to know that you're invited to join us for a cozy weekend in the mountains together. This event is limited for a medium sized group, where you can enjoy a social weekend with people who share their passion for skiing, and if interested, meet some new common acquaintances.
Most participants are young professionals aged between late twenties-early thirties, and of course everyone is welcome! ;)
The accommodation chosen is on the top of the mountain with amazing nature views, within short driving distance of around 20 mins to St. Moritz or just a few minutes to Diavoletta- Lagalb. It has the possibility to enjoy the Sauna after skiing, some leisure activities inside the hotel and a common room for a social evening. The hotel is also reachable by public transportation. However, not the most comfortable option. If you're worried that it might be a hustle without a car, I'm sure we'll find a solution between the participants for carpooling or taking your skis. What's Included per person for the standard offer:
2x Nights in either private double room or a bed in shared room with a shared toilet
2x Day Ski Pass with public transportation for Engadin
2x Breakfast
1x 3-Course dinner
2x Nights parking
2x Overnight stay taxes

Add Ons for the people who are interested:
10.-/person for a private toilet in the room of the 4-bedroom
10.-/night for garage parking (the parking is for free outside)
40.-/ 3-Course meal dinner for Friday (there's also a Pizzeria available in the same place upon reservation)
After buying your ticket (early bird) please complete the transfer of the rest of the money to Obada under the communicated IBAN as soon as possible, latest by this date: 02.12.2024
If you don't succeed by doing that, the spot will be given to someone else or cancelled and you'll lose the administration fee. Cancellation conditions are stated at the bottom of the page.
Ski Lessons:
I'm in contact with Speciale Ski School and will do groups of 3-4 people per group max (for those who are interested). You can discuss it later in the WhatsApp group chat with others after purchasing the ticket.
The cost per instructor is 680.- for Saturday and Sunday together from 9-12. (6 hours lessons total)
The cost will be divided by the number of people per group:
if 2 people: 340.-/each
if 3 People: 227.-/each
if 4 people: 170.-/each
Reselling:
The tickets are allowed to be resold to common friends or within the WhatsApp group of the event or to other interested participants.
Cancellation Policy:
If you decide to cancel your spot before this date: 10.12.2024
You'll receive a full-refund minus what paid here for early bird tickets (Transaction costs + Hotel Administration costs)
For fully priced tickets: You'll receive a full-refund minus 30.- (Transaction costs + Hotel Administration costs)
Refund up to 50% between 11.12.2024 & 25.12.2024
Refunds are not possible starting from this date: 26.12.2024
Please note:
1. Cancellations are not wished; the aim of the event is to enjoy the weekend with common friends
2. If you decide to cancel, then wish to join again or find someone for your spot, under the condition that you received a partial/full refund, you need to accept that it is not possible, and the fees goes to the hotel whether they found a replacement for you or not.
